Rather than fearing the rise of machines, automation, enterprises would embrace them to reap the benefits for the betterment of the ecosystem.

Global inflation is rising, and the economy’s and labour costs’ volatility has impacted turnover. Top executives make cost management and efficiency their top priorities. Automation offers enterprises a way to make progress across their production lines.

Global executives should revisit their operating models and processes to reap the benefits. Machines can do more than simply make parts. They can be trained and used intelligently. The human workforce believes machines are coming to grab their jobs. It was the same scenario in the early 1990s, when computers were first made available to the general public. However, we have seen the benefit, and it has become part of our lives. In fact, revenue growth increased significantly after computerization in multiple disciplines. This was the result of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation.

Leaders should understand what inclusion means in the context of human-machine hybrid intelligence and how it can be harnessed to produce better results. For enterprises to innovate at scale, they can take a future-back approach by using future scenarios to create a multi-horizon strategic roadmap.

Insights from my experience for human-machine alliance:

Human-Machine alliance is likely that the integration of technology into various aspects of human life will continue to increase.

1. An increase in the use of automation and artificial intelligence in the workplace, leading to a higher degree of collaboration between humans and machines

2. The development of advanced prosthetics and exoskeletons, allowing humans to enhance their physical capabilities with technology

3. The widespread adoption of the internet of things (IoT) and connected devices, leading to a more seamless integration of technology into daily life

4. The emergence of new forms of human-machine communication, such as brain-computer interfaces, allowing for more direct and intuitive interactions between humans and machines.

Some of our great minds thrive to innovate and introduce more sophisticated technologies like the metaverse, computer vision, and quantum computing.

It’s time to introduce machines and humans to compose a team to optimise its composition. We will most likely need to plan machine deployment projections for upcoming engagements in the same way that we plan human resource deployments.

Our fears often stem from a feeling of lack of control and fear of the unknown. The issue with a fixed mindset is that it prevents us from taking advantage of opportunities. I am convinced that we must embrace new innovations in order to produce positive results in the future. It is likely that the relationship between humans and machines will continue to evolve and become increasingly intertwined, with technology playing an increasingly important role in all aspects of life. I anticipate and shout out, “The Future is Bright.
